Atmospheric Sciences is the chance to understand our world like never before. Through our research, we work constantly with experts from other fields in geosciences. Both students and faculty in our department are passionate about their work and studies. From the Texas Aggie Storm Chasers, a student-run organization that hunts severe weather and reports it to the National Weather Service, to our world-renowned faculty, who perform groundbreaking research and strive to instill their love of meteorology into their students, the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at Texas A&M is like none other.
